Dubber Enters a Promising Contract with The Voice Factory
Sep 25, 2015 By Ben Visser

Dubber Corporation (ASX:DUB) announced that it entered into an agreement with UK hosted voice telco, The Voice Factory, and will provide call recording and associated value-added services to TVF’s business users via the Broadsoft platform.

Dubber is a call recording service which enables telcos and customers to think about capturing voice data in a way which they never previously considered. Dubber is cloud based and through its Software As A Service (SAAS) offering it enables telecommunications carriers and customers to implement and manage recordings without the need for hardware or capital expenditure.

The new product will be named ‘The Voice Factory Offering’ and will initially service 1,000 key customers with the agreement for the offering to reach 5,000+ end users.

Dubber’s Managing Director, Steve McGovern commented, “Dubber is really pleased to be the engine which powers the new Voice Factory recording platform.

“The positive response from The Voice Factory customers who tested Dubber’s platform has led to this agreement, which will see delivery of leading edge recording solutions presented under The Voice Factory banner.”

Managing Director of The Voice Factory, Paull Harrison commented, “We have customers for whom call recording is a necessity and the new Voice Factory offering represents a quantum shift in terms of flexibility, scale and potential for growth.

“To be able to demonstrate the solutions in a live environment was significant in terms of garnering customer procurement.

"We are able to create a set of commercial offerings which were previously inconceivable to meet our vertical customer base with initial focus on automotive which should expand the potential user base as well as provide scope for our existing customers to approach call recoding and recoding management from a new, user friendly perspective.”

Dubber was subject to a takeover by Crucible Gold Limited in 2014. Since the company recommenced trading in March this year, its stock price has gained over 80 per cent. Following today’s announcement regarding a promising contract with The Voice Factory, Dubber will likely see its share price rise further.
